You may have heard the story of Whoscall’s creation. It was inspir by the scam calls that were rampant in Taiwan at the time. In 2009, Jeff and two classmates from Tsinghua University, Jackie and Reiny, start a micro-entrepreneurship in their own time after get off work. At that time, the growth rate of Whoscall users and the degree of internationalization exce expectations. They were also prais by former Google CEO Schmidt. The three founders decid to resign from their regular jobs and focus on starting a business!
Q : Why did you start a business in the first place? Have you achiev your goal?
The original intention of Jackie, Reiny and I is to hope that the world will become a better place and have a positive impact because of our innovation! Today, 1 in 2 people in Taiwan uses Whoscall. It can be seen that Whoscall’s strange call identification has gradually become a necessary part of our lives. And this is the practice of impact, and now we hope to bring impact to the world.
